Curious Agenda is an East Sussex based social enterprise on a mission to put curiosity at the top of the agenda. Since its founding in 2022, Miia Forbes has helped transform people, businesses and places using curiosity.
Their ‘A Curious Town‘ immersive arts festivals in Hastings and St Leonards have grown into a month-long celebration of creativity and community, bringing together over 200 artists, performers and community groups alongside thousands of attendees. They also run research-backed practical curiosity training for teams and individuals.
All profits from their business training are reinvested into community and youth projects in East Sussex.
Most businesses want to be more innovative, more resilient and work better together, but prioritising these skills can often get lost in the rush of running a business.
But you don’t need a big budget, restructure or team away day to change that. In this workshop led by Miia Forbes from Curious Agenda, learn how to create positive change with a handful of small yet powerful habits that all have one thing in common: they build curiosity.
We’ll explore why curiosity is the thinking habit behind more creative teams and businesses that adapt rather than stall. Discover curiosity-fostering habits as you work in groups on short, practical activities designed to shift how you think, question and collaborate. Come away with a clear sense of what curious habits look like in practice and why they work, plus your own starting point for building them into the day to day running of your business and teams.
