As one of Bird & Blend’s Senior Tea Mixologists, she shares her deep knowledge of matcha and tea blending through demonstrations, workshops and training sessions for both staff and wholesale partners. Carey also plays a key role in developing new drinks and seasonal specials for the company’s stores and private events.
