Some people set out to lead. Others find themselves in leadership roles almost by accident. For Honor Wilson-Fletcher, it wasn’t planned – and the experience of being led badly became the motivation to rethink leadership altogether.
Now CEO of the British Exploring Society, Honor has also started businesses, worked in publishing for major names like Penguin and Waterstones, and led projects at the British Museum, Southbank Centre and the National Literacy Trust.
At this speaker session at Brighton Summit, she’ll share how life experiences continue to shape us as leaders – and how embracing them can free us to lead with more courage, purpose and positive impact.
