Change the way you taste, with chocolate

-

How can a square of chocolate unlock a new world of flavour? Join Cocoa Runners for a deliciously thought-provoking craft chocolate tasting and talk, exploring how learning to taste chocolate could change the way we eat. You’ll discover how the two or three ingredients in craft chocolate can alter our perceptions of the food we consume, and how seeking out real, minimally processed alternatives can transform our eating habits to be healthier for us and better for the planet. This session isn’t just about enjoying chocolate. It’s about reimagining food: questioning assumptions, celebrating craftsmanship, and exploring how flavour can transform the food we eat.
